About
My name is Jeni Taylor, I live in Flintshire North Wales.
For as long as I can remember I have always enjoyed painting and drawing, I have tried various mediums, but over the past few years I have gravitated more and more towards using pastels. Very recently I have started using oils and am enjoying exploring this medium immensely.
I specialise in pastel paintings of animals of all kinds, but I especially enjoy painting dogs and cats, I have had the pleasure of completing many pet portraits for customers.
My paintings have been exhibited and sold at many venues including 'The National Exhibition of Wildlife Art', 'The North Wales Open at Theatr Cymru, Mold' and at exhibitions hosted by 'The Association of Animal Artists'. For the past few years I have taken part in the 'Helfa Gelf' Art trail. We are collectively known as the 'Halkyn Mountain Artists'.
Thank you for your interest in my website, I hope you enjoy browsing my gallery pages.
